At Extreme Outdoors - we realy do care. Our main goal is to keep our clients and customers happy. At times our website and/or online store doesnt quite offer you the peace of mind you need. Below are the most common answers to the questions we receive. NOT ON THE LIST ? Thats okay - please quickly fill out the form and we'll gladly reply.
For your guided hunts, do you always attend, or do you just send us off somewhere in the dark?
This is a good question! We try and personally try and be a part of each and every hunting or fishing trip we may book, or guide ourselves. Having said that, sometimes there just isnt enought time in the day to be in multiple places at once. Our first goal is to set you up with one of our direct extreme outdoors team members or Pro Staff. If this doesnt happen, we make sure we hook you up with another outfitter that we have personally tried, testing, or hunted with. This assures you are getting the best bang for your buck.

I purchased a couple items from your store that dont quite fit, or I decided against them. What should I do, and where should I send them?
Like everyone else - we stand behind the products that we sell since they are all very well-known in the idustry. We realize that sometimes things dont fit the way you want them, or you just decided against the item.. We offer a 30-day full money refund or exchange as long as you have "field tested" the item. We put our "non-refundable" deposit down for a hunt and had a family emergency that came up and we are not going to be able to make it. What can we do ?
We are NOT an airline! We realize that life happens, and unfortunatly our hoobies become the only thing we can budge on at times. Just give us a call, send us a fax, or shoot us an email and we'll work something out. Life happens, and you shouldn't be penalized because of it.

How do I become a PRO STAFF member, or how do we offer our products through your online store?
Our PRO STAFF are only members tof the team hat have the utmost trust and abilty to perform. We want everyone involved, so please send your applications in and we'll get in contact.

We feel our reputation helps us be who we are. We will not put our approval stamp on any item until we have tested the prodct ourselves, or have undergone a rigid review on the product. To have us try your product, send a description and the item(s) to:
